The Female Academics Network fan: creates connections and supports you in finding mentors. In cooperation with the mentoring program X-Ment at KIT, we also enable postdocs of KIT who are aiming for a professorial career to personal development and decision-making on their own career path. Through a mentoring partnership with people from different areas, X-Ment represents an innovative interface between science and business.
